Language in Action (LiA) is the specialist Juniors division of Malvern International, dedicated to creating engaging and memorable learning experiences for young international students. With its own British Council accreditation, dedicated safeguarding and welfare structure, and experienced management team, LiA is focused entirely on delivering high-quality English language experiences for young learners.

Language in Action combines English language learning with cultural discovery, exciting activities and opportunities to build confidence and friendships. With experiences available throughout the year, LiA brings learning to life for young people from around the world.

Innovate Summer Academy student

Innovate Summer Academy

Innovate Summer Academy is a 14-day academic experience designed to help ambitious students aged 14–18 take meaningful steps towards their university future. Hosted at University College London (UCL), students choose from five specialist subject areas, combining expert-led academic study with university and industry visits, hands-on projects and dedicated university application support.

More than a traditional summer course, Innovate gives students the opportunity to explore their chosen subject beyond the classroom, gain real-world insight and experience UK university life alongside an international peer group. Through the UCAS Masterclass, 1:1 faculty mentoring and a completed Capstone Project, students leave with greater subject clarity, confidence and tangible progress towards a competitive university application.
